Preparation :

Infusion: 75°C

Brewing time: 7 minutes

Quantity: 1 pinch for 1 cup

Tasting: 2 to 3 cups/day throughout the day

As a drainage and circulation treatment: 3 cups/day for 21 days throughout the day.
