Preparation :

Infusion: 85°C

Brewing time: 5 to 7 minutes

Quantity: 1 pinch for 1 cup

Tasting: 2 to 3 cups/day at the end of the day and at bedtime

As a soothing treatment: 3 cups/day for 21 days, preferably before and after dinner. Repeat the treatment if necessary after a 7-day break or vary with another soothing infusion.
